Heroin overdoses rising on Suncoast

BRADENTON – Several recent overdoses on the Suncoast have prompted the Sarasota County Sheriff’s office to warn residents about synthetic–laced heroin. Since July 1st, the Sheriff’s Office has responded to 14 overdoses, two of them fatal.
